I would definitely recommend Roy's Restoration. They came to my house, inspected exactly where the moisture came from and what it was related to. They basically solved two issues in one visit. They removed the old sheet rock that affected the mold. They also cleaned all open studs, put back all the walls back and restored my house back like nothing happened. I can also tell they did a good job by the way my daughter could breath nicely and healthier and much cleaner air after the restoration.

This company works with a high degree of INTEGRITY! We had a leak in a pipe, and I was concerned that mold had accumulated even though we caught the leak fairly quickly. They came out to perform an assessment. They arrived right on time and after surveying the ceiling in question (using his mold-o-meter gadget:) determined that there was no mold and that our ceiling is strictly in need of standard repair. They also educated me in the process which I greatly appreciated. Five stars and then some for Roy's Restoration!!
